You can, of course, visit our website without providing any personal information. You can access the data protection notice via the link at the bottom of each page.

We use your personal data in the context of visiting our website only for the operation and optimization of our website. For this purpose, the IP address, various technical data of the end device (e.g. operating system, browser used, etc.) as well as data about the use of our website are collected. We do not store this data beyond the legal retention periods or the fulfillment of the purpose. Processing of this data is necessary to ensure the operation of the website. If you do not agree to this processing, we will not be able to provide you with our online offer. We evaluate this information statistically in order to make the use of our website even more pleasant for all visitors. A link with any personal data already stored by us does not take place. The data accrued during the use of the website will be deleted after 14 months at the latest. 4. Contacting us via e-mail or telephone


If you contact us via e-mail or telephone, we store and process your request and all personal data resulting from it for the purpose of processing your request.

We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The legal basis for processing general inquiries is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit a DSGVO, which you give us by contacting us.

For inquiries about contracts or in the context of contract initiation, the legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO. 

The legal basis for data protection inquiries is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. c DSGVO. 

We will retain your personal data beyond the fulfillment of the purpose only within the scope of any statutory retention obligations and subsequently delete your data.

 

5. Newsletter


If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the Huber Group blog, we require an e-mail address from you. Further data such as name and title are not collected or only on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.

The processing of the data entered in the newsletter registration form is based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and their use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.   

The data you have provided for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be blocked after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. After expiration of the legal retention period of three years (regular statute of limitations), this data will be deleted. Data that has been stored by us for other purposes remains unaffected by this. 

Newsletters are sent by HubSpot Inc. HubSpot is a service that can be used to organize and analyze newsletter dispatch. The data you enter for the purpose of receiving newsletters (e.g. e-mail address) is stored on HubSpot's servers in the USA.
Our newsletters sent with HubSpot allow us to analyze the behavior of newsletter recipients. Among other things, we can analyze how many recipients have opened the newsletter message and how often which link in the newsletter was clicked. With the help of so-called conversion tracking, it can also be analyzed whether a predefined action (e.g. purchase of a product on our website) has taken place after clicking on the link in the newsletter. The data processing is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. a DSGVO. You can revoke this consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation. If you do not want any analysis by HubSpot, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. For this purpose, we will provide you with a corresponding link in each newsletter message.

The data you have provided to us for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted from our servers as well as from HubSpot's servers after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Data that has been stored by us for other purposes remains unaffected by this.

The transfer of personal data to HubSpot is based on the standard contractual clauses that we have concluded with HubSpot.


6. Trade fair visits


Our sales staff collect conversation and contact information when you visit one of our trade show booths. This is used to initiate a business relationship and on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. b and f DSGVO. The trade fair logs are digitized and stored in our CRM system. If no business relationship is established, the logs and your contact information will be deleted after 5 years.  

Assuming your consent, we will send you information requested by you to the contact address provided, also by e-mail, or contact you by telephone. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit a DSGVO.  You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future.

 

7. Cookies


We use session cookies on our website. In the following, we would like to briefly explain the purpose of these cookies. Cookies are short text snippets that we store on your computer. Cookies do not execute any commands on your computer, so they do not pose a security risk.

Session cookies store certain information while you browse our website and are not stored permanently, but are deleted when you leave our website.
