Whistleblowing
hubergroup Italia Spa promotes an open corporate culture focused on ethics, transparency, and responsibility, based on the core values that guide us: integrity, innovation, health, safety, environmental protection, teamwork, courage, respect, trust, ethical conduct, and honesty.
For this reason, hubergroup Italia has implemented an organizational model compliant with Legislative Decree 231/2001 and provides a dedicated channel to report information to the Supervisory Body regarding non-compliant behaviors by internal personnel and/or third parties. Such behaviors may violate laws, regulations, the Code of Ethics and Conduct, the Organizational Model 231, or other rules and procedures in force at hubergroup Italia. This channel is not intended for commercial complaints or issues related to personal interests.
Thanks to the active and responsible participation of employees and third parties who report any non-compliant conduct, the company is able to promptly identify any irregularities and take the necessary corrective measures.
Who can submit reports?
Anyone can submit a report, anonymously if they wish. This includes employees, former employees, job applicants, partners, customers, suppliers, consultants, collaborators, shareholders, and, in general, anyone with a legitimate interest in hubergroup Italia’s business activities.
In order for a report to be considered, it is essential that it is properly detailed. This means the report must contain sufficient information to allow an accurate verification of the reported facts. These details may include information identifying the people involved, the context in which the events occurred, the location and timeframe, as well as any documentation or evidence supporting the claims.
How to submit a report?
Reports can be sent directly to the Whistleblowing authority through access to the dedicated E-Whistle portal at the following address (access password HB123!):

Anyone receiving a report through other channels, whether written or oral, must promptly forward it to the Whistleblowing authority within 7 days of receipt. The transmission must occur through the usual communication channels with the Whistleblowing authority , notifying the whistleblower (if known) of the transmission and ensuring absolute confidentiality.
How Reports Are Managed
Reports are received by the Whistleblowing authority of hubergroup Italy, which leverages internal departments for any necessary investigative follow-ups.
Within 7 days of receipt, an acknowledgment of the report will be issued, and within 3 months from that acknowledgment, feedback will be provided regarding the actions taken or intended in response to the report.
Confidentiality and Protections
Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023 (implementing the European Directive 2019/1937 on Whistleblowing) established a unified framework governing reporting channels and protections afforded to whistleblowers in both the public and private sectors.
The absolute confidentiality of the whistleblower, any facilitators, and persons involved in the report is guaranteed. In the case of anonymous reports, the whistleblower’s identity cannot be traced.
No form of personal or professional retaliation against whistleblowers is permitted or tolerated. Should you believe you have been subjected to retaliation as a result of your report, you may report it to the ’Autorità Nazionale Anticorruzione (ANAC) (ANAC) via their dedicated online portal.
All personal data processing is conducted in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
Reporting to the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC) trough an External Channel
If, after submitting a report, you do not receive an acknowledgment and/or feedback on the follow-up actions, or if you have reasonable grounds—based on concrete circumstances and verifiable information—to believe that the internal report will not be effectively addressed, could result in retaliation, or that the violation poses an imminent or evident risk to the public interest, you may submit a report directly to ANAC send your report to ANAC.
The ANAC website also lists Third Sector Entities that provide whistleblowers with support services (free information, assistance, and advice on reporting procedures and protection against retaliation).
